Well, we are back from spring break, and have finished one week of classes after spring break. Friday was a very stressful day, because that was the day my Honors Portfolio was due. Since I completed 3 Experiences with the UCBA Honors Program (LeaderShape, Student Ambassador, and Honors Intermediate Composition), and the maximum at UCBA for experiences is 3 experiences, I would like to transfer to the University Honors Program at Clifton. They are selecting 10 so I had to get my portfolio the best it could be. On top of that, I still had to type up two of my experience and my latest year in review, but I worked all evening and got it done at 11:30! It's also dance season, so we had our second dance practice this Sunday. We choreographed the portion in a rush since we didn't have time to meet this past week. So we did it an hour before and it turned out great.
School: My biggest stressor of the week was my lab exam in O Chem lab, it was very hard to study for since it had so many different topics that could appear on it.
Student Ambassadors: I worked welcome desk, had a meeting and escape room meeting all on Monday. Tuesday was welcome desk pick up at 8:30 in the morning. Wednesday was spring recruitment days, where I was able to get information from a Hospice center. I got information on volunteering, which I plan on doing! Thursday was ECG. It was a lot of fun, since we played Mafia. Except it wasn't Mafia; it was a similar game called Werewolves which is the same concept. My favorite event of the week was going to do an Escape Room! It was myself, Hawa, Leo, Celine, and Yazan. We did the Kidnapping room. So we were blindfolded when we entered the room and handcuffed to the bed. The first mission was to find the key to get out of the handcuffs. We ended up not breaking out, but we had so much fun doing it!
