Week 13

What a short week that flew by so fast! It was Thanksgiving week, so I only had three days of classes. Wednesday after school, I picked up an extra shift at CVS. After that, I went out to Mellow Mushroom with Nikki (my friend since kindergarten that goes to OSU). It was awesome catching up since I saw her last during summer break. Thursday was Thanksgiving Day. We started off the day watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. We made Thanksgiving dinner and then I went Black Friday with my friends. We went to Kohl's, Target, Old Navy, and Kenwood Mall. Friday, my family and I did more Black Friday shopping at Outlet Mall and Liberty Mall. We ended the day with eating at Pies and Pints, and watching the new Fantastic Beasts movie (loved being back in the wizarding world). Sunday, Ritika and I held another dance practice, which is turning out pretty good.

School: Luckily, there was not much work for my classes since it was a three day weekend.

Student Ambassadors: Monday started out with my typical Monday welcome desk and then later that day was the Monday meeting. On Wednesday I helped Hawa (another ambassador) with her individual event. Her event was a coffee station. Hawa and her friend made 5 different types of coffee for free to students. I wrote orders on the cups, which was a lot of fun. I loved seeing how happy the students and faculty got when they found out we were providing free coffee. It just shows how student centered this campus is.
